If you have a home in the area and have an interest in renting it, we can handle that for you. We will provide the following services for a percentage of the rental amount.
– Take photos of house and yard, build a listing, upload pictures and create a listing on VRBO and/or Airbnb.
– Advertise on social media and make contact with local establishments to advertise rental.
– Answer all inquiries – phone and emails regarding rental.
– Prepare confirmation letter and lease agreement and send to the renter.
– Collect security deposit.
– Collect full rental payment 60 days prior to arrival if paying by check, or accept online booking.
– Open cottage prior to renters arriving.
– Walkthrough cottage after renters departs to check for any damage, make sure windows & doors are secured.
– Full cleaning after renters leave (we supply all cleaning supplies)
– Stock cottage with items if needed/prep. Receipts to be given to owners for reimbursement.
– Be available to answer any questions, handle any emergencies or maintenance issues that should come up.
– Send security deposit back after renters leave and inspection is done.
– Send a check to owner -20% commission fee and other VRBO/Airbnb charges, within 7 days after renter departs.
