What We Do
Vacation rentals, We can set up the marketing for the homeowner on various websites such as VRBO.com or Airbnb We will manage it for the owner for 20%. Which is the lowest rate in town, most places charge anywhere between 25-40%. We would handle responding to emails/phone calls, security deposits, meeting renters upon arrival and cleaning in between. We act as the key contact person for any questions or issues that come up during the rental period. I treat your home like we treat our home.
Cleaning jobs – New construction clean-up, moving in/out, and everyday housekeeping. Why waste part of your summer, getting the place cleaned, waiting for the cable guy.
Cottage security checks- We have some clients that hire us to do a weekly check out their properties. Water their flowers, shovel the walkway, bring in mail, meet contractors cable guys, maintenance, etc. Just basically do a walk through and make sure everything is secure. Heat/AC is off, etc.
